The grapes are hand-picked and selected carefully in the vineyard. Vinification takes place on skins with about 10 days’ temperature- controlled maceration. To preserve the fragrance of the aromas, this wine ages exclusively in the bottle.
Colour: bright ruby red.
Perfume: intense, vinous, with aromas of red fruit and blackberries.
Flavour: good structure with evident but elegant tannins and a lingeringly persistent finish.
